This production line is applicable to produce sand with all kinds of raw materials, which is of compact and reasonable structure and high efficiency. It adopts vertical shaft impact crusher as sand making machine. In the following flow chart, the sand washer removes the silt and dust to make the final product clean and improve the quality. The final product, artificial sand, is in ideal shape and the size gradation can be adjusted.

After the belt is reduced by the V-belt, reducer and gear, the impeller rotates slowly. The sand enters the washing tank from the feeding trough, rolls under the impeller, and grinds each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the gravel, and destroy the coated sand. The water vapor layer is good for dehydration; at the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, and foreign matter with small impurities and small specific gravity is taken away in time, and discharged from the overflow port to complete the cleaning. The clean sand and gravel is taken away by the blades, and finally the sand and gravel is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge trough to complete the cleaning of the gravel.
