Sand washing machine is widely used in the washing of materials in sand and gravel, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing stations and other industries.

Sand making plant includes quartz sand making production line, building sand making production line and stone material production line, all of which could produce aggregates and crushed sand from limestone, granite, basalt and river stone. Especially we have a lot of experience for sand plant and sand washing plant with river stone. All Sand Plants products are widely used in the construction of hydraulic power plant, building material, highway, and urban infrastructure.

Solution

When the sand washer is working, the motor rotates slowly through the V-belt, reducer and gear, and the impeller rotates slowly. The gravel has a feeding trough into the washing tank, which is tumbling under the impeller and grinds each other to remove the surface covering the gravel. Impurities, at the same time destroy the water vapor layer of the coated sand to facilitate dehydration; at the same time add water to form a strong water flow, timely remove the foreign matter with small impurities and specific gravity, and discharge from the overflow port to complete the cleaning. The clean sand is taken away by the blades, and finally the sand is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge chute to complete the cleaning of the sand.

Sand plant operating as followings:
Firstly, the materials go to primary crusher for primary crushing. Then the materials are transferred by the belt conveyor to secondary crusher for further crushing. Then the vibrating screen will grade the materials, where stones that meet the granularity standard will be sent to Sand-maker, while the rest will be returned for another round of crushing. Part of the stones processed by VSI crusher will be made into sand and become sand products after being washed. The rest will be further crushed by the sand maker into qualified sand materials of various types.
